Prototypes
Small, throwaway builds that answer one question: can it be done, and how fast? Computer vision, kiosks, hardware bridges, new UI patterns.
The lab is our sandbox for research and development — kiosks, dashboards, computer-vision gates, data pipelines and whatever we're curious about this quarter. Everything here is a work in progress, documented in the open.

Scripts, CLIs and dashboards we build for ourselves — ETL runners, data explorers, deployment helpers — before they graduate into products.
Write-ups of what worked, what didn't and why. Short, technical and honest — so the next person doesn't repeat the same detour.
Each card links to the experiment's README, status log and source. Status moves from incubating → active → shipped or archived.
Production work stays on a stable core. The lab is where we try the next thing — and write down whether it earned a place in the core.
Send us the rough idea. If it fits the bench we'll scope a two-week spike and publish what we learn — whether it works or not.
